INSURANCE DEFENSE

REAL ESTATE

The Firm handles transactional matters and litigation concerning real estate and related industries.  Routine practices involve document preparation, closings, analysis of title defects and curing same.  The Firm works closely with local and out of area title companies to insure the real estate transaction is consummated in a timely and professional manner.  Clients include several banks for which documents are prepared and closings are handled.  Further, the Firm defends premises liability, DTPA claims and construction and Homeowners Association (HOA) disputes generally related to real property.
